While working at HomeAdvisor I was responsible for building a new product offering that used our collected data points to accuractly quote projects. If users accepted the price a HomeAdvisor concierge would find a service professional that would do the work for the quoted price. Allowing the user to work with HomeAdvisor and not having to manage the service professionals and haggle with pricing.

After collecting user input we would compare the projects specifications with similar projects booked in that area to determine a price range. Then our concierge would be able to work with the user to determine the final details and find the user a service professional to do the work within the price quoted.

The final checkout was using Stripe as our payment gateway. Using Stripe Elements we created customer id's to track a users project and charge them the down payment. All the projects purchased were accesible to our concierge's and they could see all the project data while managing the pipeline of each project and along with collecting payments.
